Job Description

We are prioritizing Architects with the ability to do great 3D Renderings (using Lumion) and also Interior Designers.

You'll start a project under a client’s request to the completion under the direct supervision of the Director and with the support of the whole team.

Responsibilities

• Create plans and drawings which clearly outline architectural designs of project.
• Make recommendations throughout entire design process until project completion.
• Utilize knowledge of engineering, math, science and materials in order to create ideal finished product.
• We also welcome Senior Architects applicants who must possess strong managerial and leadership skills, as they will be managing a team of Junior Architects.

Requirements

• Good sense of art and good knowledge in materials
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or equivalent.
• Active English (oral and written) is mandatory.
• At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Required Skill(s): Excellent on 3D Modeling,3D Studio Max, Sketch Up, Lumion, Enscape, and AutoCAD (ATTN: same with Interior Designer applicants)
• Preferably located in Bali
