IT Application Support Staff

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

·        To accelerate implementation of D365, MRP and CRM

·        To Improve and utilized system retail sales and distribution + Mobile SFA (Syvlla)

·        Providing software application support in company (All Site)

·        Developing BRD and FRD document (project)

Requirement

·        A bachelor’s degree IT/Computer Accountancy from reputable university with min. 1 year experience of ERP/CRM/ CMMS system Implementation (Dynamics AX are preferred)

·        Experience in SQL Syntax and Query Data

·        Having knowledge in Supply Chain and PPIC Process

·        Good communication skills in English and Bahasa

·        Enjoy pressure and tight deadline.

·        Quick-thinking problem solving and preventive action

·        Ready to Join ASAP

·        Willing to be placed at Cilegon Site
