Qualifications :

Bachelorâ€™s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Accountancy or equivalent.
Minimum 2 years of experience in relevant role.
Excellent communication skills in both spoken and written English language.
Ability to work to tight deadlines and produce good quality work.
Â Able to multitask to manage multiple projects.
Confident at presenting and talking to clients and vendors.
Self-motivated and resourceful; able to multi-task and focus on delivering results.
An articulate communicator with good written communication skills
Strong Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills

Job Descriptions :

Part of the M&A team involved in analyzing organic & in-organic growth opportunities.
Participate in the execution of greenfield/ brownfield and M&A projects.
Prepare financial projections and analyze financial & operating information to evaluate performance under various operating scenarios and to analyze the impacts of different capital structures and potential M&A transactions.
Perform valuation analyses using various methodologies including discounted cash flow, trading comparable and transaction comparable.
Create presentations and information memoranda to support transaction activity and present to Investment Committee.
Â Conduct industry research across multiple geographies.
