Lowongan Project Management Officer di PT Chubb General Insurance Indonesia

Responsibilities:

• Conduct pre-project analysis, project resource requirements, detailed project plan and timelines.
• Execute and lead project plans and ensure project team members meet deliverables’ timelines
• Provide regular reports to key stakeholders and project sponsors on progress and escalated issues
• Monitor process performance, identify finding and provide improvements
• Assist in developing and implementing process improvements to meet business goals
• Optimize or redesign process flows to meet project requirements
• Maintain and update all process related documents for reference purposes
• Create and maintain Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) document.
• Conduct training, mentoring, and guiding team members in new processes

Requirements:

• Fresh graduate of reputable university, preferably in Management of Information System, Computer Science or Business Administration.
• Good communication skills verbal and written in Bahasa Indonesia and English
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint), Visio and Promapp.
• Strong analytical skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and set priorities
• Ability to work with people from different functions and skillsets, as well as different levels in the organization
• Having experience be a Business Analyst for 1 – 2 years and work in Insurance company is a plus.
