Qualifications :

1. Minimum Bachelor Degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, or similar
2. Major in Information Technology or related mayor.
3. Minimum 3 years of work experience in the same field
4. Preferably SPV specializing in IT/Computer.
5. Have good English communication skill.
6. Clear Understanding with IT Structure, ERP, Web & Mobile Develoment, Data Base Center, SQL, digital security & Networks (Servers, Routers, Switches, AP, Firewall, Vm, etc).
7. Excellent attention to detail.
8. Strong problem-solving, critical thinking and decision-making skills
9. Willing to work mobile

 Key Responsibilities

1. Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems or issues related to computer software and systems and networking.
2.  Analyze, recommend, and implement process improvements.
3. Troubleshoot, modify, support, manage, and maintain applications programs and user accounts.
4. Maintain records user required over online system and actions taken, or installation activities.
5. Train and provide instruct users in the proper use of hardware or software.
6. Manage and coordinate planning, design, operations, maintenance, and resource allocation of IT system activities, including client/server support and strategic and tactical planning.
7. Consult with and advise others on administrative policies and procedures, technical problems, priorities, and methods related to telecommunications.
8. Do close coordination with headquarter IT team
