Qualification :

• Minimal Diploma 3 Ahli Madya – Transportation / Polytechnic or Bachelor's Degree in any field.
• At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Have knowledge or experience working in a Logistic / Transportation / Supply Chain
• Preferable from Logistics/Supply Chain Industry

Requirements:

• Required language(s): Intermediate English (writing & speaking)
• Required Skill(s): Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PPT), Negotiation, Communication.
• Having a good understanding about Logistics arrangements (delivery routes, zoning, and scheduling)

Brief Job Description:

• Booking arrangement (Know well about Outside Java area)
• Tracing and monitoring CBU delivery from departure to arrival
• Managing data records of the Transportation Department
• Report and follow up on actual arrival at destination
• Report and Follow up to handling CBU Claim
• Prepare the invoicing and DS then follow up to Superior and coordinate with other Dept
