• Bachelors degree in accounting or Economics
• Advanced knowledge of MS Excel (creating spreadsheets and charts and using financial Excel functions)
• Good understanding of bookkeeping procedures
• Have good working attitude
• Time-management and organization skills
• Keep confidentiality
• Be diligent, dynamic, self-motivated, able to work independently or team
• Willing to work in North Jakarta
• Able to join immediately

Responsibilities:

• Preparing invoice and maintain account payable
• Update, verify and maintain financial records
• Assist in reporting procedures
• Find and use accounting data to resolve accounting problems and discrepancies
• Assist with employee expense reports / petty cash/ cashflow
• Perform filing and general administrative tasks
• Liaise with other departments/customers/vendors
• Familiar with accurate 5.5

Working days: Monday - Saturday
