Lowongan HRGA Manager di PT Tri Mulya Gemilang

Responsibility:

• Develop and drive efficient and effective HRGA strategy and initiatives to support business objectives
• Design, evaluate and improve HRGA policy and processes in addressing businesss dynamic and in compliance with relevant regulations
• Lead the whole HRGA-related activities and ensure policies and system in place
• Execute recruitment and contract management activities
• Design and implement compensation and benefit structure and mechanism
• Create as well as manage employee engagement strategy and employee development programs
• Bridge the management and employee in addressing demand, grievance and other employee-related issues as well as nurture positive working environment
• Partner and coordinate with government offices (BPJS and Disnaker) in ensuring legal compliance
• Manage GA functions to support business activities
• Prepare management report and provide decision support through HRGA metrics

Qualification:

• Min. Bachelor Degree in Management, Psychology, Law, Human Resources, or other related field
• Have 3-5 years proven working experience in managing HRGA with in-depth knowledge in HRGA business process, implementation and regulatory compliance
• Strong background as HR generalist with exposure in handling more than 200 employees would be an advantage  
• Good knowledge and updated with labor law and other relevant regulations
• Strong attention to detail, well-organized and able to perform multitasking jobs
• Proactive, initiative and able to work under pressure
• Demonstrated good communication with high interpersonal skills
