The Labyrinth Collective is a project located inside a 50-hectare newly developed destination in Pantai Nyanyi Tabanan (10 minutes drive from Canggu). It's a place where we combine art and technology to create an immersive experience.

This newly developed project will consist of The Labyrinth Studio, The Dome, Taman Tera, a music studio, a theater and exhibition area, luxurious F&B spots, wellness and spa experiences, as well as its own park and plaza, making it a fascinating and interactive experience for our community.

Job Outline:

• Recording Financial Transactions: Accurately recording and classifying financial transactions, such as sales, purchases, expenses, and income, into the accounting system.
• Financial Reporting: Preparing financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements, on a regular basis (monthly, quarterly, or annually) to reflect the company's financial position and performance.
• Bookkeeping: Maintaining general ledgers, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and other financial records, ensuring they are up-to-date and in compliance with accounting principles and regulations.
• Reconciliations: Conducting periodic reconciliations of all accounts to ensure accuracy and identify discrepancies or errors.
• Tax Compliance: Assisting with tax preparation and ensuring compliance with relevant tax regulations. This may include calculating and remitting taxes owed and preparing tax returns.
• Financial Analysis: Analyzing financial data and providing insights into the company's financial performance, trends, and opportunities for improvement.
• Budgeting and Forecasting: Collaborating with management to develop budgets and financial forecasts that align with the company's strategic goals.
• Audit Support: Assisting with internal and external audits by providing documentation, explanations, and support as required.
• Compliance: Ensuring compliance with accounting principles, industry regulations, and company policies.
• Software and Tools: Utilizing accounting software and other financial tools efficiently to streamline processes and enhance accuracy.

Position Profile:

• Education: A bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field is typically required. 
• Experience: min. 2 years 
• Knowledge of Accounting Principles
• Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to interpret financial data and identify trends or discrepancies.
• Attention to Detail: Precision and accuracy in recording and analyzing financial information.
• Computer Proficiency: Proficiency in using accounting software, spreadsheets, and other financial tools.
• Communication Skills: Effective verbal and written communication skills to convey financial information and collaborate with different teams.
• Integrity and Ethics: High ethical standards and the ability to handle sensitive financial information with confidentiality.
• Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
• Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with industry-specific accounting practices and regulations can be an advantage in certain sectors.
• Adaptability: Flexibility to adapt to changing accounting standards, regulations, and organizational needs.
