Requirement

• Min 8 years work experience for Product Operation roles, including Product Management, Product Operations Management, Product Strategy, Customer Experience, or equivalent
• Min 5 years experience in managerial position leading product operations team
• Experience in bringing products from concept through the product operations life-cycle
• Experience working cross-functional collaboratively with product, project management and technical engineering team, and experience working across multiple functions and projects
• Has experience to develop product standard operating procedure, manage product data centre team, deployment team, and customer experience team
• Experience driving complex projects or programs with several competing stakeholders, ideally in a software development, software launch readiness role or technical product
• Experience in gathering business insights and identifying trends from data, including combination of data from multiple sources and stakeholders

Responsibilities :

• Responsible for all operational aspects of initiatives within the organisation, including establish strategic plan and goals by identifying end-to-end product operations management, customer monitoring needs and feedback, success rate program by work with product, operations, technical, and engineering teams
• Fully responsible for key technical issues, and prioritise product change requests based on issue volume, members impacted, revenue impact, and other relevant metrics. 
• Responsible for an important role in planning and implementing product operation processes according to SOP standards, for the development, efficiency and revision of product features
• Management of a team of full time expertise to deliver on critical elements of Product Quality monitoring and execution
• Managing a large contingent workforce for bug  and routing to technical and product team, including SLA’s, quality and capacity management
• Engaging with product stakeholders to manage demand and further optimise the quality of product
