CAPEXinsights, one of our flag-ship software solutions, supports capital project and portfolio management teams to optimise their capital investment.  Designed to take the pain out of managing a capital portfolio, it supports business leaders, finance teams, and project engineers to manage both small and large projects. Although wholly owned by Beca, in many ways CAPEXinsights runs as a separate business, with teams in New Zealand, Australia, Indonesia, Singapore and the Netherlands. From here we support our existing and potential customers headquartered in Europe, America and Australia.

The Opportunity
Reporting to the Marketing Manager for CAPEXinsights, you’ll coordinate the marketing and communication activities, in collaboration with stakeholders, to raise the brand internationally.

Responsibilities include:

Social Media Marketing

• Maintain, coordinate and schedule content for the CAPEXinsights LinkedIn Page
• Work with our copywriter to generate content
• Research industry news and identify cross-promotional opportunities
• Conduct content marketing analysis

Event Management

•  Coordinate online events in collaboration with stakeholders
• Oversee the event planning process
• Manage cross-channel communication to promote events
• Collate attendee data for insights

Lead Generation

• Support and coordinate digital marketing campaigns
  
• Oversee and schedule Industry Insights newsletter using ActiveCampaign
  
• Assist with event planning
  
• Assist in generating automated digital touchpoints in prospect buying journey

Asset Maintenance

• Work with design team to create graphics, infographics and images to support content
• Create social media assets using Canva
• Maintain and update CAPEXinsights sales assets
• Maintain consistency of messaging and sustain SEO keywords in content

Initially this will be a 6-month contract, with the possibility to extend or become a permanent position for the right candidate. This is a full-time role, commencing immediately. As we are a team across geographies, flexible working hours will be required.

About you
You are self-driven with excellent communication skills and sound knowledge of marketing principles. You will have experience with marketing technology and an affinity for digital marketing. Ideally you would have some understanding of the B2B sales cycle in the technology sector.

You will have:

• Excellent communication skills and be fluent in English
  
• Minimum 2 years of marketing experience
  
• Knowledge of LinkedIn
  
• A love of learning and able to work independently
  
• Can run projects and coordinate with different stakeholders
  
• Flexible hours required

Ideally you would have:

• Some understanding of the B2B buyers journey
  
• Experience working in technology sector
  
• Basic technical understanding of digital marketing
  
• Knowledge of ActiveCampaign, Canva, Looker Studio, Tag Manager, Google Analytics or similar
  
• A love of capital projects and portfolios!
