Lowongan Director Process Integration di PT Infineon Technologies Batam

In this role, you're responsible for new product transfer from development to production and ensure a smooth ramp. To manage the integration of all modules’ processes and the respective derivatives.

In your new role you will:

• Handshake new product and change projects with Development to ensure timely and flawless introduction of new products / new processes to production.
• Provides technical leadership, inculcate engineering mindset and motivate subordinate to continue demonstrate high performance behavior with excellence engineering concepts & discipline.
• Responsible for the planning, Change Management, inter-department co-ordination to ensure smooth Production ramp up for New Product Introduction.
• Develop strategies and planning in technical related topics to achieve organization goals.
• In depth understanding material to process and process to process interaction, Drive Task Force, Focus Team, contain the problem and investigate rootcause follow 8D approach.
• Responsible for special projects, programs, and initiatives to ensure the successful delivery of business outcomes.

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

• Bachelor's Degree in the engineering field is required. A Master's Degree in a related field is preferred.
• >10 years of experience in a related field is required.
• Possess intensive knowledge in assembly Front of Line and End of Line processes which include die/ wire bonding, molding, plating, etc.
• Ability to effectively lead, coach, and develop team members.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Working knowledge of corporate organizational structures, including functional responsibilities.
• Strong verbal, written communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to interface and present to all levels of the organization.
• Ability to solve practical problems and deal with moving variables in situations with limited standardization and alignment.
