One of our business unit company, namely PT. Pudu Robot Indonesia is a robotic distribution company established in 2021. They are looking for a Personal Assistant to improve scheduling and project management.

A further requirement includes:

• Age preferences between 22 – 29
• High School Diploma, Bachelor degree in accounting is highly regarded.
• Good command of the English Language and communication skills.
• Working knowledge of administration computer software including Excel, PowerPoint.
• Self-motivated and hard-working.
• Trustworthy and to be thorough and paying attention to detail.
• Willing to learn new products, procedures and flexible.
• Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply.

Key Roles and Responsibilities :

• Schedule meetings and manage calendars.
• Answer phone calls, emails and take messages.
• Take accurate and comprehensive notes at meetings.
• Help with daily time management.
• Run errands as requested.
• Plan travel, including flights, accommodation and ground transportation.
• Coordinate events and speaking engagements.
• Draft correspondence such as emails and letters.
