Deskripsi Pekerjaan
Job Description :
- Communication with team in China
- In-charge of import shipping documentation
- Handle document (invoice, P/L, Insurance, AWB, PO, etc)
- Data entry into shipping system
- Coordinate and handle import freight documentation procedure and coordinate with forwarder / overseas agent
- Check all document imported good
- Permit declarations and custom clearance
- Handle Process Customs Clearance until to warehouse customers
- Coordinating with CS to ensure seamless integration between coordination and documentation
- Interview Process will be conducted in English
- Maximum 30 years old
- Minimum D3 in any field
- Minimum 3 years experience in Import/ Freight Forwarding Industry
- Good knowledge of Export Import regulation and procedur
- Better have customs expert certificate (Sertifikat Ahli Kepabeanan / PPJK)
- Have knowledge about Manifest system, and submit to custom clearance
- Understanding the HS Code (Import)
- Strong customer service and problem solving skills, also very good communication skills
- Discipline, have self motivation, high integrity, honest, detail
- Required technical skill: Ms. Office (excel is a must)
- Good Fluent in English both written and spoken
- Can join immediately
