Pest Management Service Manager responsibilities:

• Supporting and motivating the all of subordinates including service supervisors and service technicians.
• Ensuring quality of their service is continually achieved.
• Evaluating jobs and quality assurance programs.
• Making sure the service supervisors and service technicians are following all company procedures and policies.
• Assisting in making sure that all employees you support receive adequate ongoing training.
• Creating and developing company system and continuous improvement to all of system in place.
• Performing quality control visits and following-up with customers to ensure satisfactory service.

Pest Management Service Manager qualifications:

• Minimum level of qualifications:

1. Minimum 5 years working experience in servicing industry preferably.
2. Bachelor's degree in Biology or any related disciplines preferably or qualified in servicing industry.

• Professional skills:

1. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
2. English and Bahasa fluency in communication and correspondence
3. Knowledge of quality management system and human capital development
4. Proficient in system and computer literacy
5. Excellent in presentation

• Personal qualities:

1. Strong leadership, team leader, high integrity and trustworthy.
2. Highly motivated, result oriented individual with organization skills and ability to solve problems.
3. Good humanistic psychology's approach
