Requirement

• A person who is currently managing the Operation division at a shopping mall. (handle Marcomm, PR Tenant Relation)
• Age max 40 years old
• At least 5 years of practical experience at a shopping mall.
• A person with management experience at a shopping mall for 3 years or more.
• A person who can make a budget for operating income (tenant sales, rental income, other income) and sales promotion expenses. ·
• A person who can create annual promotion plans, execute within budget, and achieve results expected by the company.
• Ability to understand financial statements and cost control correctly.
• A person who acts quickly, has a high sense of responsibility and can keep a deadline.
• A person who can build good relationships with tenants and business partners.
• A person who is good at negotiations.
• A person who can educate subordinates and evaluate them. ·
• A person with a high hospitality spirit can define work with customer orientation.
• A person who is familiar with digital marketing For example smartphone application
• A person who has experience opening a new mall is welcome.
• A person who has working experience in a Japanese company is welcome.
• Willing to work in Cikarang area (West Bekasi)
• Willing to commute/mutation/rotation to another Project Mall/other company within 1 group
• Applicants must be willing to work in shift time/weekend / public holiday

Job Description

• Supervise and coordinate the Mall Operation team in managing business relationships between Tenants & Management and providing excellent service to customer AEON MALL. 
• To create and develop an annual operation & marketing strategy, containing mall events, promotional programs, etc. in order to increase customer traffic, satisfaction & smooth operational activity.
• Supervise, manage and evaluate operation & marketing program implementation along with monitoring the impact of marketing strategies that are has been done.
• Manage and evaluate reports of implementation operation & marketing programs and provide continuous improvement.
• Develop cooperation programs with external parties for the benefit of marketing AEON MALL.
• Monitor installment of advertising & promotion material and ensure its distribution along coordinate with Graphic Design and A&P.
• As a Public Relations to provide communication and maintain relationships with related parties, such as consultants, media, tenants, etc.
• Do media monitoring to manage negative issues regarding AEON MALL and prepare positive responses along coordinate with a designated consultant.
• Handle Tenant Relation matters, including solving all the problems and maintaining a good relationship with the tenant.
• Handling and actively coordinating with related parties regarding tenant & customer complaints for giving alternative solutions, problem-solved & improvement.
• Manage communication channel AEON MALL for the public consisting of a website, social media, floor guide, tabloid, flyer, promotion media, etc.
• Make a Strategy to increase traffic in Project Mall
