Lowongan FINANCE & ACCOUNTING MANAGER di PT Harapan Anugerah Indah

Job Summary:

• Ensuring the financial systems are in place and managing all aspects of the company's financial systems in accordance with agreed policies; ensuring accurate financial records are maintained and reporting on a regular basis to the Director
• Ensure that the financial budget and transactions are carried out in an appropriate manner
• Prepare overall financial report; Include communication and coordinate a report to Director
• To prepare appraisals for particular projects and the development of initiatives
• Initiate and manage audit procedures as necessary
• Manage and provide support for the performance of the Finance team;
• Design financial and operation strategy, Including providing advice to CEO regarding financial programs
• Planning and dealing with tax consultant regarding PPH21, PPH23, PPH25, PPH26, JLN and VAT/PPN

Job Requirement:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting & Tax
• Proven experience as a Financial & Accounting especially mining Industry for minimum 5 years
• Having minimum 5 years experienced as a Finance & Accounting Manager
• Experience in the financial sector with previous possible roles such as financial analyst
• Extensive understanding of financial trends both within the company and general market patterns
• Proficient user of finance and accounting software
• Familiar with tax software (Accurate-SPT, e-Faktur, e-Bupot) and accounting software (Xero or Jurnal.id) or etc.
• Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
• Able to manage, guide and lead employees to ensure appropriate financial processes are being used and can be work under pressure
• A solid understanding of financial statistics and accounting principles
• Professional qualification such as CFA/CPA or similar will be considered a plus
• Must have Brevet A & B certification issued by IKPI, Brevet C will be advantage
• Good English or Mandarin communication
