Lowongan Deputy Shipping Procurement Manager di PT Bumitangerang Mesindotama

1. Provide freight data analysis by utilizing the existing report of the shipping department for the Singapore Plant
2. Work closely with the shipping team in terms of container booking and communicate with the carriers (forwarders/liners) to get the freight rates and space availability and maintain high service levels to the shipping team in the Singapore plant.
3. Engage with internal and external third-party stakeholders to ensure on-time completion of orders (Containers requirement)
4. Support user queries, specific to the Singapore Plant requirement
5. Work with a continuous improvement mindset

Job Requirements:

1. Must be fluent in english
2. Bachelors degree/MBA in Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, Business, finance, or any other relevant qualification.
3.  At least 5 years experience in a Logistic environment
4. Microsoft Office with advanced Microsoft Excel
5. Familiar with SAP & Success Factor experience
6. Customer Service Management and Supplier Management
7. Capable of handling cross-functional/hierarchical relationships
8. Excellent communication skills with demonstrated clarity in spoken/written words in both Indonesia and English
9. Ensure consistency in execution in line with local compliance
10.  Ability to manage competing priorities
11. Capable of using multiple technologies to execute processes
12. Strong analysis skills, problem assessment, service, and resolution oriented
13. Detailed and Service Oriented
14. Relationship Building and the ability to work proactively and autonomously
15. Demonstrated experience in working under pressure
16. Good interpersonal and Organizational skills
