RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop a monthly plan and strategy for sales program both online and offline, including resellers
• Identify new online channel distribution to expand market share and maximize sales target
• Provide and set annual and quarterly sales forecast for all platform (Shopee, Tokopedia, Tiktok)
• Coordinating with other teams to ensure smooth delivery of products & services
• Prepare regular reports and participate in regular meetings to review performance
• Manage product stock at every retailer
• Manage e-commerce campaigns and activity (Live Sales, Live Streaming.)
• Coordinate with Sales, Marketing Team and KOLs for sales plan and strategy
• Coordinate with Warehouse and Finance Team for inbound process
• Provide performance, growth and sales action plan for each SKU on each quarter
• Ensure target achievement in all platforms both offline and online
• Conduct offline and online event
• Learn and understand customer’s needs to be able to help setting sales plan and program
• Identify and expand new network sales opportunities
• Work from Joglo Raya, Jakarta Barat

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum 3 years of experience as Sales Manager in FMCG business (preferably from Personal Care/Skincare/Beauty industry)
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Strong analytical skills, logical thinker, and result oriented
• Strong communicator and listener who can clearly articulate business needs, program objectives and measurement expectations
• Able to work under pressure and achieve Monthly Sales Target
• Able to lead a team
