Lowongan ACCOUNT RECEIVABLE STAFF di PT Bhakti Idola Tama

Requirements :

1. The finance account receivable staff will be responsible for managing and collecting payments from customers. They will maintain accurate records of customer payments and monitor outstanding balances.
2. The ideal candidate will have a diploma's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field, with strong attention to detail and an ability to work with numbers. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are a must, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications or accounting software and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
3. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of accounting principles, Value Added Tax (VAT) and be able to multitask and prioritize their workload effectively. They should be comfortable working with numbers and have the ability to identify and resolve any payment discrepancies.
4. The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in an accounts receivable role, preferably in a finance or accounting department.
5. The finance account receivable staff will be responsible for processing customer payments, reconciling customer accounts, and ensuring that customer payments are recorded accurately. They will also assist with the preparation of monthly financial statements and other reporting requirements.
6. The finance account receivable staff will be expected to work full-time during regular office hours, with the potential for additional hours as needed.
