Risk Analytics/Risk Strategist (Fintech Company)

Job Description:

• Responsible for fraud data analysis and strategy optimization of cash loan business in Indonesia;
• In-depth understanding of the characteristics, methods and countermeasures of local fraud in Indonesia;
• Continue to investigate the latest industry trends, market changes and competing products, and regularly from research reports;
• Assist in business anti-fraud investigation and optimize the review process and effect;
• Investigate incidents or violations of regulations or violations of law;
• Report violations and all matters related to compliance to the risk monitoring committee and BOD;
• Engage and develop effective working relationship to support cooperative response to risk management matters and issues;
• Provide guidance and training to promote risk control awareness, ownership and accountability;
• Create Report related to Risk Management (Risk Register, Risk Report, Anti-Fraud Report)

Requirements:

• Degree in a law, business, IT or other major;
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in related field (risk analytics, risk strategist, risk control, anti-fraud) and understand the P2P industry in Indonesia
• Proficiency in English;
• Have certain data analysis and processing capabilities, familiar with statistical tools;
• Team player with the ability to work unsupervised
• Exceptional analytical and investigative skills;
• Strong project management skills;
• Must be able to adapt to working in a fast-paced environment;
• Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail;
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Project, Power, Point, etc.);
• Maximum age 35 years old
