Job Description :

• Maintain customer base and find a new customer
• Achieve sales goals based on customer understanding / competitive understanding/company strategies, according to the plan
• Develop relationships with key customer buying influences
• Develop and update annual sales forecasts by customer
• Develop and implement specific detailed customer sales call plans
• Lead development and implementation of sales tools that leverage current trends, market/category opportunities and our capabilities/strengths
• Contributes information, ideas, and research to help develop marketing strategies
• Helps to detail, design, and implement marketing plans for each product or service being offered
• Sets marketing schedules and coordinates with colleagues, sponsors, media representatives, and other professionals to implement strategies across multiple channels
• Develops sales strategies and approaches for various products and services, such as special promotions, sponsored events, Tracks sales data and works to meet sales team goals
• Analyses trends, data, demographics, pricing strategies, and other information that can potentially improve marketing and sales performance
• Creating and developing a long term plan and strategy for Sales and Marketing 
• Data analysis category performance, ensuring strong understanding of Stock Keeping Unit level performance
• Ensuring correct spending and correct Marketing budget allocation
• Provide guidance and direction to the team, including setting performance Key Performance Indicators and monitoring performance
• Expanding group portfolio through strategies alliances

Requirements :

• Candidates should have experience as Sales on Flavour and Fragrance Industry or as a Sales on Chemical product at least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the Industry
• Preferably Manager/Assistant Manager specialized in Sales - Fragrance Industry or equivalent
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or equivalent
• Required language(s): English (oral and written) Business Level, Bahasa
• Required Skill(s): Communication Skill and Microsoft Office
• Good analytical, negotiation, and problem solving
• Know the technical issues in the tender to the industry.
