Lowongan COUNTRY FINANCE MANAGER di PT Dufrindo Internasional

Purpose

Responsible for the operation of all managing accounting functions, specifically the preparation of local and global reporting , the preparation of forecast , budget and business plans, analysis of deviations to budget and the respective comments Responsible for the safeguard and security of the assets of the company , as well as keeping the internal controls system.

Key Accountabilities

Reporting responsibilities

• Maintain financial information systems to comply with local, global and management purposes.
• Ensure that all transaction have been registered in the period in which incurred and are properly documented.
• Produce the monthly financial reporting in English in accordance with local GAAP, IFRS and group procedures
• Prepare and coordinate the forecast or budget process of the local entity / -ties
• Responsible for the tax compliance of the company
• Responsible for cash management, and preparation of cash flow projections, monitoring of currency exposure
• Coordinate relationship with auditors and tax advisors or inspectors
• Assist the Country General Manager and Divisional Finance Director in Ad hoc tasks
• Ensure the timely submission of actual data and forecast / budgets , providing analysis and comments to deviations from actual to budget

Requirements

• Masters Degree In Accounting / Finance (CA/ CPA preferred but not must)
• 5 yeas of Finance Experience preferably in Retail Sector with minimum 3 years in FM role in a multinational company
• BIG 4 Experience preferred
• Must have Navision experience (HFM experience is advantage)
• Must have an experience of leading the Finance team
• Knowledge of principals & practice of accounting , taxes & financial reporting.
• Strong communication and leadership skill
• Critical thinking, problem solving oriented & keen attention to detail.
• Good analytical skills
• Advance in Ms .Excel / Access
