Lowongan Finance Accounting Manager di PT Audy Mandiri Indonesia

Responsibilities :

1. Manage the monthly and yearly financial close process, including ensuring all costs incurred are correctly recorded, reviewing journal entries, account balance reconciliations, and report preparation;

2. Manage and oversee the daily operations of the finance department including accounts payable and receivable, cash receipts, treasury, budgeting, cash forecasting, cash flow, cash management, working capital, revenue and expenditure variance analysis, etc.;

3. Monitor and analyze finance data;

4. Conduct the monthly group consolidation process;

5. Establish and enforce proper accounting methods, policies, and principles to comply with finance standards and tax compliances;

6. Development of operational policy and guidance, as well as leading alignment initiatives including the review and implementation of process and system changes;

7. Continued focus on improving system efficiencies and business practices;

8. Person-in-charge for company audit and due diligence processes;

9. Person-in-charge of strategic financial projects 

10. Improve systems and procedures and initiate corrective actions;

11. Provide strategic recommendations to C-level;

12. Introduction and implementation of cost-saving initiatives that will impact the bottom line of the business;

13. Manage the processes for financial forecasting and budgets;

14. Oversee budget reports, preparation of budgets, and analysis of budgets;

15. Monitor workflow and productivity to ensure deadlines are met;

16. Assign projects and direct staff to ensure compliance and accuracy;

17. Meet financial accounting/tax reporting deadlines and objectives;

18. Support in formulating financial strategies and developing financial plans that support company strategy.

Requirements :

1. Degree in Accounting or equivalent;

2. Minimum of five years of relevant professional experience and a minimum of three years in a managerial capacity;

3. Proven knowledge of finance principles, practices, standards, laws, and regulations;

4. Excellent understanding of Indonesia tax law;

5. Effective problem-solving, sound thinking logic, and solution-oriented;

6. Strong leadership and teamwork;

7. Highly motivated and driven, with good integrity, strong sense and focused on delivering results;

8. Excellent interpersonal skills;

9. Compliance-oriented, high attention to detail and accuracy;

10. Proficiency in finance software accurate.
