Job Description              :

1.Has experience more than 3 years in one company as Store Head.

2.A person who can work for the growth and success of the company and achieve sales target.

3.Can do Analyze and report purchasing trends and customer needs, skill to Develop business strategy.

4.Responsible for store sales, operational and generating reports on a daily, weekly and monthly.

5.Monitoring and controlling the efficiency of stores operation day to day, including sales performance and strategy, inventory management, customer services and visual merchandising.

6.Ensure SOP compliance of all stores and by each staff.

7.Good Knowledge about leading a team & making decision that impact store operation.

8.Can arrange administration according to rules and procedures.

Job Requirements:

1.Minimum Bachelor's degree in any background.

2.Excellent communication verbal and correspondences in English with people all levels.

3.Minimum 3 years of work experience as a Head in a store.

4.Understand the Store Management System.
