Lowongan Production Supervisor di PT Arnott's Indonesia

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for all activities of the production process in order to run effective, efficient, orderly and controlled cover issues: Safety, Efficiency, Quality, Cost (RM-PM), GMP, 5R/5S
• Responsible for achieving production plan as per planning targets
• Ensure using Raw and Packaging Material as per standard and maintain stock in accordance to the Shop Order (SO)
• Drive a continuous improvement on culture of safety, quality and excellence in all aspects of production process and work
• Manage all workers assigned for the production
• Produce requested and related reports
• Ensure having align with Engineering team to get the proper result by daily

Job Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, preferable from Engineering: Industrial/ Mechanical/ Chemical/ Electrical
• Having experience handle team or lead line production
• At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Having experience in FMCG will be an advantage
• Ready to work on shift
