QUALIFICATIONS

• Minimum S1 (Chemical Engineering / Industrial Engineering / Mechanical Engineering).
• At least 5 years experience as Engineering & Maintenance in the Petrochemical, Oil and Gas related industry.
• Understand Operation & Maintenance Philosophy, Understand Process Flow Diagram, Piping & Instrumentation Diagram, Electrical Line Diagram, Instrumentation Logic & Diagram, Mechanical Rotating & Stationary Operation.
• Good Computer Skill (Word, Excel, Power point etc).
• Good integrity, initiatives and team work ability. 
• Preferable can speak English.

JOB DESCRIPTIONS

• Develop routine Mechanical, Rotating & Stationary (vessel, tank, tower, and piping) maintenance tasks and troubleshooting of process plant & equipment in accordance to the written procedures and company core values to maintain high reliability of the plant and to detect loss production capabilities.
• Responsible for reviewing front line Mechanical, Rotating & Stationary (vessel, tank, tower, and piping) maintenances.
• Have knowledge in maintaining Shut Down Valve and its accesories
• Planning/Coordinating daily tasks and activities by ensuring all Mechanical, Rotating & Stationary (vessel, tank, tower, and piping)
• Understand Process Flow Diagram, Hydraulic Line Diagram, and Electrical Line Diagram.
• Contribute to develop standard Mechanical, Rotating & Stationary procedures on production facility.
• Maintain good housekeeping in your area and ensuring zero discharge to the environment
• Responsible for renewal PLO (Persetujuan Layak Operasi) and its requirement
