Lowongan HR Staff di PT Mitsubishi Electric Indonesia

We are urgently looking for an HR Staff, with detail information as follows:

Resposibility :

• Conduct and administer recruitment process to fulfil manpower planning based on Company's policy, standard and operating procedures
• Conduct and administer training/learning process based on TNA
• Handle organization development, employee relation and employee complain based on company interest
• prepare all related administration for Human Resources Information System (HRIS) based on Company's standard and operating procedures

Requirements:

• Candidate must have a bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration or any related field
• Experience in recruitment process with various selection processes
• Prior experience working in fast paced and high-volume environment will be a huge advantage.
• Knowledgeable of basic HRM function and its general administration
• Good understanding of applicable labor regulation practice and implementation
• Experience in set up and review policy and procedure
• Experience in operation HRIS application system
• Excellent communication skills
• Good interpersonal skills
• Fluent in English both spoken and written
