Job Description

• Responsible for creating, developing, and sustaining a culture of safety within the organization.
• Communicate all HSE-related matters within the site and to Head Office.
• Managing the risk reviews, the compliance audit, and the internal assessment of HSE.
• Ensure process safety management program is in place.
• Manage all HSE administration in the workplace including, safety documents, policies, and procedures for Company, in compliance with regulatory agencies.
• Work across multiple teams including but not limited to HR and marketing to do data documentation, monitoring, recording, and management of HSE-related.

Minimum Qualifications

• The candidate must possess at least a bachelors degree or equivalent in any major.
• Minimum 5 years of HSE in Construction and/or oil and gas Industry relevant work experience. Any related certification is a plus.
• Preferably has experience taking care of CSMS applications end-to-end.
• The candidate must demonstrate proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Have good communication and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Willing to work under pressure and under a tight deadline
• Strong knowledge of MS Office applications
