IT Functional & Support Consultant

Jakarta Raya 

Job Description :

• Conduct business and user requirement analysis.
• Gain / maintain an in-depth knowledge of business functions.
• Investigate, evaluate and report alternative solutions to business needs and recommend the preferred solution.
• Creating system, documentation, database, flowchart, business process, application, and testing scenario.
• Coordinate with business user and programmer team in software development project.
• To communicate with user departments, explaining the impact of any change and training them in the use of new applications.
• Mantaining and support to client includes technical advice, creating reports, data analysis and correction.

 Requirements :

• Maximum 30 years old
• S1 / Bachelor Degree Majoring at Information Technology with minimum GPA 3.0
• Solid consultancy background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in ERP, especially in property business industries.
• Fast learner and great passion for innovation
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
• Having knowledge to identifies, evaluates, operational processes and procedures, problems and requirements.
• Excellent in creating system documentation, database (sql server), flowchart, business process, application, and testing.
• Good initiative, team work, integrity, and detail-oriented person.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to write reports and business correspondence.
• Analytical, good communication, and can do attitude is a must
• Fresh Graduate who has good knowledge of technology and application platforms are welcome
• Prior customer service and client relations experience preferred
• Will be located in Jakarta
