Service Engineer

We are looking for a problem solving and skilled service engineer with mining backgrounds to join our expanding company. Candidate’s responsibilities are supervising site installation job, commissioning and repairing faults, servicing equipment at various customer’s mining sites. 

The area of work is in South Sumatera (Tanjung Enim, Lahat and surrounding).

Service Engineer Responsibilities:

1. Ensure installation onsite are completed as planned for functionality, quality and time
2. Perform training to ensure customers are well educated on safe and proper operation of equipment
3. Monitor equipment’s and machinery’s performances and develop preventative maintenance’s measures
4. Troubleshooting and problem solving 
5. Write reports and present findings to Managers and Supervisors on a regular basis
6. Establish good relationships with customer 

Requirements:

1. Bachelor degree in Mechanical or Mechatronic (S1) with min. GPA 3.0
2. Minimum 2 years experienced working in Coal Mining Industry
3. Based in Sumatera Selatan (Palembang, Tanjung Enim and surroundings)
4. Experience working as Service Engineer in the field of hydraulic, filtration or mechanical work
5. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills  
6. Familiarity with electrical, instrumentation, mechanical and piping work
7. A valid driver's license and ability to travel frequently
8. Good communication skills and proficiency in English 
9. Ability to work effectively under pressure 
10. Software Microsoft office and Autocad, Solidwork
