Lowongan Content Creator Manager di PT Bayu Buana Tbk

• Develops strong creative content and treatments across all campaign: short videos, long videos, and photography (Skills is a big plus).
• Fully responsible for trend research, insight, strategy, and creativity for each campaign pitch deck and for running the project.
• Continuous improvement production-especially on how to link your content creation more closely with business outcomes.
• Responsible and maintaining to planning and create content daily for brands on social media such (TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube short and etc) and engaging with the communities.
• Directly execute the company’s communication plan whole-package, including social media posts, internal communications, related photo and videos, and stakeholder marketing materials. Videography and photography skills is a big plus.
• Provide strategic inputs to campaign planning and content ideation. Write original content for sales emails, banners and brochures. Understand social media procedures and SEO practices to optimize articles and increase visibility is a plus.

Requirements :

• Maximum 30 years old.
• Minimum 2 years of work experience as a Head of Content or similar.
• Bachelor's Degree (Communication/Graphic Design/Advertising) or any other related background from a reputable university.
• Able to create content that can make an impact through storytelling.
• A team player and able to work in a fast-paced, high volume, and deadline-driven environment.
• Approaches challenges and demands with a flexible, problem-solving, and positive attitude.
• Quality orientation and high attention to detail.
• Having basic photography, videography, copy-writing, and graphic design skills.
• Familiar with using social media accounts such as Instagram TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube and etc.
