Operations Manager Mall Citimall Garut

Job Description:

Responsible for managing mall operations to ensure all operations of mall-related functions run appropriately as well as budgets, expenses and its commercial/leasing sides in-line with company strategies and goals.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate staff and cooperate with relevant units in headquarter to ensure all operations-related functions and reports including but not limited to building maintenance & safety, permits, third-party vendors & outsourcing companies, budgets, expenses, and commercial/leasing sides in-line with company strategies and goals.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 (five) years of managerial experience in mall/building management and operations.
• Has experience in mall management and properties as our advantage.
• Minimum Bachelor's degree in Engineering fields (Electrical/Mechanical/Electronic/Civil).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills are a must.
• Managerial skills and experience are a must.
• Employment status: Contract Basis.
• Point of hire: Garut, Jawa barat
