Job Description:

1. Preparation monthly financial statements that include cash flow, profit and loss statements, and balance sheets.
2. Preparation annual audit report with external auditors
3. Review taxes with tax consultant , timely payment
4. Ensure compliance with organizational guidelines and procedures, and federal and state regulations.
5. Participate in regulatory meetings to understand changes in financial information
6. Other tasks assigned by superior

Requirements:

1. Minimum Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Finance/Accounting
2. Proficiency in Mandarin and English
3. Have working experience of at least 2 year as Finance/Accounting Staff.
4. Have experience with Accounting systems will be preferred
5. Communicative and able to work as a team
6. Analytical thinking & understanding of the main details required to solve duties and specific problems.
