Job Description:

(A) Layer Chicken Management:

1. Lead and manage all aspects of layer chicken health, welfare, and performance on our farms.
2. Conduct regular health assessments, monitor flock behavior, and implement disease prevention and management strategies.
3. Collaborate with the operations team to optimize production efficiency, egg quality, and overall farm performance.
4. Develop and execute vaccination schedules, treatment plans, and nutrition programs for optimal flock health.

(B) Farmer Community Engagement:

1. Build strong relationships with farmers in our community, understanding their needs and challenges.
2. Organize and conduct training sessions, workshops, and seminars to educate farmers on best practices in layer chicken management.
3. Provide personalized guidance and recommendations to farmers based on their specific farm conditions and goals.
4. Create and curate educational materials, guides, and resources to empower farmers to make informed decisions.
5. Demonstrate the value and benefits of our products through case studies, success stories, and real-world examples.
6. Provide technical expertise and product knowledge to support the community team in their interactions with farmers.

Requirements :

1. Doctor of Veterinary degree or equivalent qualification with a specialization in poultry or avian health.
2. Proven experience in layer chicken management and health optimization, preferably within a commercial or agricultural setting with minimum experience 5 years.
3. Strong communication and presentation skills for effective engagement with farmers and cross-functional teams.
4. Entrepreneurial spirit, adaptability, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
