Job Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement and manage the company’s Relationship strategy
• Plan, execute and measure conversion experiments and tests
• Monitor Campaign performance, analyze data and provide insights, reports and recommendations for optimizing relationships
• Set targets and performance metrics
• Tele Marketing Skills
• Be the voice of the Company across all channels
• Brainstorm and brief visual and copy ideas with other team members of the creative team
• Track performance of social media campaigns, content, and overall health of social handles
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and assist with projects like advertisements, marketing materials, product launches, etc.
• Collaborate with industry professionals, celebrities, and influencers, to drive the team’s and company’s objective

Job Requirements:

• Candidate must have at least a Bachelor degree in business, marketing or communication or equivalent in a related field
• 1 year of work experience in a related field preferred / Fresh graduate welcome
• Presentable and neat looking
• Must have good communication in spoken and written skills both in Indonesian and English language
• Excellent knowledge of social media platforms
• Familiar with MS Office
• Flexible, highly committed and result oriented
• Can work individually and in team
• Strong interpersonal skills and adaptability
