Lowongan Marketing Manager di PT Lyd Management Bali

An LYD Marketing Manager works closely with the GCD to set marketing strategies, budgets, events, partnerships, as well as working processes and teams within our diverse Marketing & Creative team.

The position is a blend of doer and delegator, as you will need to be hands on in several aspects of developing and proposing initiatives to the GCD, but also delegating and controlling workflows for certain projects, tracking costs and presenting reports to GCD and senior teams monthly.

This role also works closely in and out of the venues & office, getting direct feedback from managers throughout the group, consolidating and presenting issues and potential fixes or new methods all while tracking multiple projects, deadlines and budgets.

The Marketing Manager will need to develop new ideas for promoting current venues and brands, utilizing new tech to improve current workflows, and constantly push the boundaries of what we can do.

Main Duties & Responsibilities:

● Develop clear and robust marketing strategies with GCD

Push current partnerships past expectations while tracking results

● Propose new medias, partners or outreach nationally

● Champion brand-first for entire group and venues

● Manage Marketing team (with supervision of GCD)

● Continue to push and grow team, tracking improved results

● Represent LYD and its brands in a professional manner

● Work with GCD and team to create more in-depth audience segmentation with connected marketing ideas

● Propose new technologies, methods or processes

● Organize and present relevant marketing ideas to GCD

● Develop tracking metrics for markets while creating monthly reports - then using those to improve monthly

● Pushing our brand stories into the digital and print worlds

● Developing budgets with GCD and following and tracking them

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Ability to use initiative in fast-paced / live-event environment
• Reliable and good at hitting deadlines
• Experience in spreadsheets and managing budgets
• Excellent and proven administration skills
• Outstanding communication skills & multi-tasker
• 4+ years managing marketing teams, developing strategies
• Display good problem solver
• Excellent organization skills
• Proficient project management skills
• Sound knowledge of marketing, creative concepts and issues
• Experience in Hospitality a plus, as well as creative skills
