Job Description

• Strategically plan and manage, warehouse, transportation, and customer service.
• Track quality, quantity, stock level, delivery time, transportation cost, and efficiency.
• Manage warehouses, and delivery processes, and coordinate drivers, vehicles, and cargo.
• Manage transfer orders and delivery orders from the sales department, communicating orders with the relevant departments
• Coordinate the delivery of products effectively
• Maintain stock accuracy at 99.9%
• Has a deep understanding and is qualified in Inspecting the warehouse and keeping the warehouse clean and safe
• Handle basic issues and problems under direct supervision, while escalating more complex issues to appropriate staff.
• Built up Warehouse SOP

Job Requirements

• At least Bachelor Degree in any major
• Min 3 years as Warehouse Supervisor at Retail
• Deep understanding of end-to-end warehouse processes and Warehouse Management System
• Having strong Leadership, Influence skill, Planning & Organizing skill
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data entry software
• Have good analytical, problem solving & decision-making skills
