Job Descriptions  

1. Organize and plan brand identity content for the brand based on content pillars.
2. Research and create content for TikTok and Twitter platforms.
3. Execute content creation based on the mood boards, in a concise and efficient manner.
4. Analyze performance and provide feedback based on the content created.
5. Engage hands-on in all aspects of content creation, specifically on Twitter and TikTok.
6. Develop strategies, databases, and negotiation tactics for Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) to maximize brand value.

What skill that we need:

1. Video Editing:

Proficiency in shooting and editing short-form videos, especially vertical format typical on TikTok.

2. Writing and Editing:

Strong writing and editing skills to craft compelling article, captions and content.

3. Platform Expertise:

In-depth understanding of TikTok and Twitter (X), including algorithms, trending topics, and user engagement strategies.

4. Trend Awareness:

Staying current with platform trends, viral challenges, and popular content themes.

5. SEO and Hashtag Knowledge:

Knowledge of SEO and effective hashtag use to maximize content visibility.

6. Collaboration:

Ability to work collaboratively with other team members, influencers, and possible external agencies.

7. Customer Interaction:

Skilled in community management and interacting with followers in a manner consistent with the brand’s voice.

8. Organizational Skills:

Keeping track of content calendars, asset libraries, and campaign details.

9. Copyright and Fair Use:

Understanding of copyright laws and fair use as it pertains to using external content (music, visuals, etc.)

10. Platform Policies:

Awareness of the terms of service and community guidelines of social media platforms.

11. Innovation:

Ability to innovate and think outside the box, creating unique and engaging content.

12. Adaptability:

Capacity to adapt to changing trends and pivot content strategy as needed.

13. KOLs and Influencer Management

Experience or understanding of working with influencers or KOLs, including collaborations.

Qualifications:    

1. Maximum 32 years old    
2. Minimum 2 year experience in Content Creating - priority in Fashion Industry    
3. Fluent in English    
4. Creative Thinking and Problem Solving skills
