Job Responsibilities:

• Managing recruitment plan budget, operation, and development plan for the new employee.
• Manage Training and Development plan.
• Conduct Training and development needs analysis.
• Develop Training and Development plan based on training needs analysis.
• Develop new training consultants and conduct selection.
• Coordinate with all functions and propose an effective training plan.
• Conduct evaluation of effectiveness training and development plan.
• Managing budget and operation of Salary, BPJS.
• Managing evaluation and promotion activities.
• Another task as assigned

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university, majoring in Human Resource Management, Psychology, and/or other relevant fields from a Reputable university
• Have minimum 3 years of working experience in the same field, handled min. 2 subordinates
• Has good ability in Systematical Problem Solving.
• Has good knowledge of recruitment techniques.
• Has good skills in HR management techniques.
• Have knowledge and understanding of labor law.
• In-depth understanding of the structure of salary and compensation.
• Has good communication skills in Mandarin.
