Our employees work in different areas and directions, including supporting users of our application (drivers, passengers, couriers, etc.). Due to increased volume of tasks, we currently searching for an additional team to the Pekanbaru office.

Key tasks:

• handling customer requests, feedback and complaints through corporate CRM software, subsequently providing guidance via online chat and outbound calls;
• helping users go through registration process in the mobile app;
• data entry and maintenance.

Fresh graduates and inexperienced are welcome to apply: the company offers training from the first day of working, so you can learn how to support our clients and provide first-rate customer service.

Additional requirements:

• English skills: at least B2 level (upper-intermediate) or higher;
• positive attitude, strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills;
• computer literate (MS Office).
