Lowongan Legal Counsel di PT Advance Intelligence Indonesia

We are looking for a Legal Counsel to join our team. As a Legal Counsel, you will provide legal advice and support to the company and group companies on various legal matters.

The role will be reporting to the Head of Counsel in Jakarta, the role offers excellent career growth opportunities and visibility with senior stakeholders. In this role you will engage, liaise with, and manage internal and external counsels when necessary.

Scope of work:

1. Review, negotiate, and/or draft documents and agreements as necessary, in a wide range of legal areas concerning the company’s and its group regional business operations.

2. Provide clear, practical, and business-driven advice on a wide range of legal and regulatory issues and questions raised by internal stakeholders on a timely basis, to ensure the achievement of commercial objectives while minimizing the legal and compliance risks.

3. Liaise with relevant regulators regarding licensing and compliance issues for different aspects of company business.

4. Partner with business units to understand the business needs, liaise with outside counsel to provide practical legal solutions, and answer legal questions, when necessary.

5. Assist the business with existing and new business initiatives; work closely with other teams and contribute legal input to ensure smooth implementation of business initiatives and policies.

6. Handle a broad range of general corporate legal matters, legal documents filing, and administration, when required.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Law from a reputable university.

2. Indonesian-qualified lawyer with at least 3 - 5 years of solid experience in reputable law firms. Having strong regulatory experience is preferable.

3. Solid knowledge of all relevant local laws and regulations and proven experience liaising with the relevant local regulatory bodies required.

4. Excellent negotiation, drafting, and analytical skills, able to prioritize effectively and work under pressure without compromising on quality.

5. Proficiency in English and Bahasa.

6. Collaborative, pragmatic, good communication and interpersonal skills, and self-driven with minimum supervision.

7. Quick starter, strong ownership and sense of responsibility, adaptable, dedicated, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
