The Careers & Connect Platform team strive to make SEEK Asia the preferred career partner for employees across the region, giving them a reason to join us in their career journeys and address their professional development needs.
As a cross-disciplinary team of growth architects, content specialists and business development managers, they own the end-to-end journey of users who employ SEEK’s Careers and Connect platforms to pursue career growth and expand their professional networks.
Working collaboratively with the Marketing, Product, Technology and Country teams, the C&CP team aim to create engaging and effective platforms that keep users coming back, increasing SEEK’s market share and enhancing brand perception for our Careers partners.
Scope of Role:
Reporting to the Regional Community Manager (Indonesia), Careers & Connect Platform, The Community Management Specialist will participate in the end-to-end process of content creation, with a focus on research, operations, and marketing.
Key Responsibilities:
· Research on career hot topics discussions on multiple platforms (Social Media, community, google trends, quora) weekly to be formed into threads discussions, regular thread and KOL events.
· Invent, pitch, test, monitor and analyze new content experiments.
· Organize Influencer/KOL activation planning, executing it, monitor its progress and create postmortem reports.
· Organize social media promotion plans to promote regular threads, executing it, monitor its progress and create postmortem reports.
· Organize video promotion planning on community, execute it, monitor its progress and create postmortem reports.
· Organize, execute and report external marketing activities including working with local marketing team, external agency and regional team.
· Proofreading weekly copies from organic user point of views.
· Conduct weekly competitor analysis monitoring: Trending contents, KOL activations and promotion activities using third party platform (talkwalker).
· Handled administrative tasks including and not limited to payments, NDA, vendor registration.
Key Metrics
· Maintain over 60K inapp users views on a monthly basis.
· Impressions and engagements for Influencer activities.
· Impressions and engagements for regional and local marketing activities.
· Quality of reports and applied studies from experiments conducted
· Overall positive feedback for collaboration, working ethics, product management, initiatives and productivity with diverse teams (Copywriter, interns, local marketing team, product and engineering team, regional teams).
Skills, Experience and Competencies
The successful candidate should meet the following requirements:
· >3 year experience managing contents on community platforms (Quora, facebook groups, telegrams, reddit, discord) along the nuances of some of the following topics: career, jobsearch, salary, business & finance, self development, leadership & management.
· >3 year experience managing marketing promotions online (Social media influencers events, paid social media ads, social media video creations)
· High level of curiosity or interest in career related discussion topics: job searching, recruiting candidates, finding the right companies to work for, mitigating conflicts at work and upskilling professional skills.
· Bachelor degree in Psychology / Marketing / Business / Media is preferred.
· Digital native – possesses solid experience and familiarity with online business and digital technology
· Customer-centric mindset – always striving to meet customer needs, viewing the journey from their perspective and mindfully incorporating their feedback into solutions wherever possible
· Strong communicator – able to act as liaison with internal and external stakeholders in both Bahasa and English (Fluent in English is preferred as working with regional team happens on daily basis).
· Innovator – able to see the gap in the market, what content is unique and trending and can potentially be brought over to the app and presented into the community in a way that triggers clicks to the threads as well as generating comments from a lot of users.
· Curious mindset – exhibits a keen and proactive interest in customer desires, market trends and competitor offerings, with the ability to research and apply this knowledge practically
· Project management – a proven track record in driving timebound initiatives to a successful conclusion
