Deskripsi Pekerjaan


Job Responsibility:

1. Assist in the establishment of legal control systems and processes for Indonesia company and identifying risks in the company's processes

2. Review the company's contract documents, draft relevant contract texts, and provide legal advice for legal consultation

3. Responsible for maintaining and managing certificates, seals, contracts and legal documents, etc

4. Conduct coaching activities, training, and activities related to developing the ability, potential, mental, skills, and knowledge of employees

5. Manage various HR administration tasks, including interviewing candidates, reporting on the recruitment progress, maintaining attendance records, updating employee databases, organizing employee documents, and ensuring compliance with company procedures and regulations

6. Monitoring government regulations related to UU Ketenagakerjaan, legislation, and employee benefit trends

7. Maintain issues related to compensation benefits and able to communicate properly to employees

8. Maintain good communication and coordination with third parties such as the hospitals, BPJS Ketenagakerjaan, and outsourcing partners.

9. Performs general cost accounting and other related duties for the company   

10. Recap all Request forms and ensure all purchase receipts/invoices are appropriate and complete

JOB Requirements:

1. Preferably Bachelor Degree in Law, Psychology, or a related field with more than 1 year of legal work or HRD experience

2. Proficiency in English, and Chinese is a plus as they will be used as working languages

3. Capable of independently handling the company's legal affairs, including establishing systems, reviewing contracts, providing legal advice, and resolving disputes

4. Competent in handling various legal matters in the company's daily operations, such as commercial cooperation and labor disputes.

5. Strong execution, strong sense of responsibility, and strong ability to work under pressure

6. In-depth familiarity with the rules and laws governing the employment
