As Purchasing Supervisor, you'll conduct any purchasing request from any department. also, you have to be passionately to communicate with lot of suppliers and vendor. your negotiation skills and connection will be your important skill to be successful in this position.

Successful candidates have these basic things:

• Have experience as Supervisor in Purchasing Department for min 2 Years.
• Have good communication and negotiation skills.
• Have good connection and knowledge with suppliers and vendor in Batam will be advantages.
• Proven experiences managing supply chain operations.
• Have a good Mandarin language, both speaking and writing.
• Willing to be placed at Batam.
• Can joined ASAP.

With those skills, you will handle core task such as :

• Developing procurement inventive strategies and cost-effectiveness
• Sourcing and engaging reliable suppliers and vendors
• Negotiating with suppliers and vendors to secure advantageous terms.
• Reviewing existing contracts with suppliers and vendors to ensure on-going feasibility.
• Building and maintaining long-term relationships with vendors and suppliers.
• Performing risk assessments on potential contracts and agreements.
• Controlling the procurement budget and promoting a culture of long-term saving on procurement costs.
