Makmur Elok Graha (MEG) is developing mixed-use property and now looking for Marketing Communication with qualification and job details below:

Qualification:

• Bachelor degree in marketing, communications, business marketing, public relation, management, digital marketing or relevant field major
• Highly self-motivated, good written and verbal communications skills
• Strong balance of creative and analytical skills
• Independent, strong project and stakeholder management skills
• Proven work experience as a Head Marketing Communications or similar role
• Fluent in English oral/written
• At least 4-5 years experience as Head of Marketing Communication
• Experienced in working at real estate company or high growth B2B business
• Experienced in internal corporate communications and /or external communications, social / digital marketing, employee engagement
• Experienced in managing internal stakeholders and external 3rd party partners
• Experienced/Familiar with CSR Programme
• Placement in Jakarta & Batam

Job Details:

• Manage the company to ensure consistent communication of the organization's mission and values across all channels and will ensure that the integrity of the brand is maintained and promoted at all times
• Act as spokesperson and ambassador for the company’s organization
• Develop and oversee the delivery of a corporate communications strategy to build the company organization's reputation,
• Develop a stakeholder engagement strategy to maximize relationships with investors, business partners and all relate intermediaries
• Identify and effectively utilize a range of channels to deliver successful results including above the line, direct and digital marketing
• Provide a new structure and framework in terms of branding and marketing, for example develop marketing activity to support the organization's activities such as market research, etc.
• Monitor and measure the effectiveness of all marketing/ communications activity
• Manage internal communications
• Manage the marketing budget
