URGENTLY NEEDED.

Job Description:

• To be responsible on procedure and working instructions related to HSE, include safety program (safety campaign, safe working permit).
• Manage the HSE team to achieve control, monitoring and implementation of HSE and contract governance in line with company policies and procedures
• Develop, maintain and improve the business Integrated Management System to underpin HSE and operating standards
• Ensure the site is legally compliant in all aspects of HSE and support the Deputy Plant Manager & Plant Manager of the HSE management system. 
• Support activities to reduce accidents, incidents, customer complaints and internal quality deviations. 
• Maintain a high level of awareness and positive attitude towards HSE on site To work with other departments to ensure continuous improvement are in place within companies.
• Investigate unsafe acts and situations and take measures to prevent recurrences.
• Interpret existing environmental regulations and develop plans to drive continuous improvement actions.

Jobs Requirements:

• Minimum S1 graduate in Environment Engineering, Safety and Health or Chemical Engineering
• Minimum 7 years of previous related experience, as a HSE Team in Food Industry / Pharmaceutical Industry or Chemical Industry,
• Must have in-depth knowledge of occupational health safetye
• Having certificate: Ahli K3 Safety / Occupational safety and health - Ministry of Manpower, Fire Fighting License
• Excellent communication skills to pass important messages (precautions) to workers and management
• Familiar to develop contractor safety management system
• Define, implement and monitor effective process of managing legal compliance and safety management system
• Conduct regular safety inspection
• Maintain quality, safety and environmental systems; implement and audit to achieve compliance with ISO 9001, SNI, Halal, HACCP, GMP, etc.
