• Generate ideas and strategies based upon data-driven insights and recommendations.
• Drive E-Commerce Sales Performance.
• Assess potential partnership prospects.
• Analyze new market trends, business opportunities and market segments in global and local landscape.
• Analyze past performance of collections, categories and campaigns to improve marketing effectiveness and ROI.
• Define and revise order fulfillment policies and procedures.
• Manage and review E-Commerce operations and processes.
• Manage sales, promotions, marketing and social media campaigns, and programs over digital platforms.

REQUIREMENTS

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor Degree
• Minimum of 2 years experience in E-Commerce Specialist
• Understanding E-Commerce and/or prior brand & portfolio management, communications and media planning & marketing experience.
• Result oriented, multi-task, manage timelines.
• Have a strong leadership, good communication and negotiation skills
• Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia & English both oral & Written, (Mandarin would be advantages)
