Lowongan Operations Manager (Warehouse & Logistics) di PT Unggul Adi Jaya

• Leading warehouse and logistic operations team (internal and external) to deliver best-in-class SLA (as per industry benchmark) with excellent quality to ensure customer satisfaction
• Ability to influence and manage relationship with managerial level counterparts of 3rd party warehouse and logistic partners in delivering targeted result
• Identify and analyze improvement plan to scale-up logistic and warehouse operations in a cost-efficient manner according to business growth target
• Produce operational-metrics reporting on a timely-manner with excellent quality, doing gap-analysis, propose, and implement solutions to close the gap
• Working with cross functional teams and various stakeholders to achieve business goals and objectives
• Be accountable for operational budget realization on logistic and warehouse
• Ability to do problem solving in handling daily operational issues to ensure SLA is met, while maintaining smooth communications with impacted internal and external stakeholders

Key Requirements:

• Min. 5 years working experience in Logistics/Warehouse Management, relevant educational background in - Logistics/Supply Chain Management is preferable
• Process-oriented, with strong analytical and problem solving skill, and able to quickly adapt to change
• Strong leadership, excellent communication (English & Indonesian), and data-driven mindset in making decisions
• Excellent negotiation and leadership skill
• Strong knowledge/experience in transport planning and fleet management system is preferable
