Job Description:

• Coordinating all tender and contracts preparation processes prior to submission, and ensures completeness and confidentiality
• Reporting of all tender announcements and ensure the company registration process
• Coordinating with the other related Department in the tender process and others
• Attending and recording bid and tender process meetings and other related meetings
• Distributing contract and its amendment to all related parties as needed
• Analyze competitive factors of all tenders in order to process of tender and bidding
• Maintain contract and related documents properly
• Updating information needed in Sales and Marketing Department especially related to Laws and Regulations

Requirements

• Bachelor Degree from reputable University
• Having working experience minimum 5 years in Oil and Gas Service Company is a must
• Familiar with process and procedure for bidding and tender in Oil and Gas Company
• Familiar with Laws and Regulations related to bidding and tender in Oil and Gas Company especially with State-Owned Company
• Good communication skills
• Very good in English and computer literate
• Able to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt for changing priorities
• Strong focus on documentation and regulatory compliance.
